Posting Times of Orders
We strive to achieve 99% orders to be sent for posting the same day of ordering or at least within 24 hours  when the order is placed Monday to Friday before 1pm - not including Bank Holidays. Therefore for most UK deliveries the order is with you the customer on the second or third day. However if your order contains personalised items, handmade items, hampers or bulk buying this may take longer due to the size of the order or items to be made/packaged differently etc, and for personalised products we ask for a three to five day turn round before posting the order. If you are in a rush for your order the best way is to contact us directly on 07703512558, and a member of the Flossy Treats team will do their very best to assist you.
We don’t send out packages on Saturdays or Sundays as a general rule, although we may be working away on orders to post first thing on a Monday morning.
As we are sure you will understand, we cannot be held responsible for the delays caused by any third party.

Postage of 48 hour tracked delivery will be 48 hours from day of dispatch NOT from day of ordering.  Customers will receive tracking details within their dispatch email so their order's journey can be followed to delivery.
 

We process orders from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with the exception of UK Bank Holidays.

Back Orders or out of stock
We try our best to keep our website updated with stock and out of stock products.
If you order an item that we currently do not have in stock we will contact you to advise the expected time delay.
If you order a product such as our sweet hamper that has over 150 sweets and one type of sweet is out of stock we will replace this type of sweet with a similar alternative both in price and shape, (for example fizzy cola bottles may be substituted for plain cola bottles).

PLEASE NOTE - Due to ongoing stock issues in the sweet world there are some brands we are unable to stock currently.  We will endeavour to still continue providing the brands pictured but in certain cases where stock is unavailable another brand of the same sweet will be issued. 
 
Term and Conditions
These are our terms and conditions, please read them carefully as they apply to your use of our website and any products you may decide to purchase.  It will be deemed that you accept all of our terms and conditions when you purchase our products.
When you register your details with ourselves we respect your privacy and these details are not passed onto any third parties at any time.  We will use your details for our own purposes only, this may be to send your information such as offers or a special event we are running and we never be more than one email per week.  You as a customer are responsible for any passwords etc you may use on our website for any login details.
Our products are sold to customers straight from our factory shop, with this in mind they are sold in the best possible condition.  If any products have care instructions on them, please follow these instructions to get the best possible satisfaction out of our products.  If you are purchasing any of our handmade products please note that these are hand made and therefore we cannot guarantee that each batch will have the exact same colour match with other batches.
We try to make our prices as clear as possible.  If due to economic factors prices have to change, we will do so without prior notice. All price change will be confirmed at the check out stage.
If you have to change a hand made item or a one off item this will incur an extra charge, this will be made aware to you at the time, this may also affect the delivery or collection date.  We will try our best to give you a as detailed a time delay as possible.
Delivery of our products is an estimated time only and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery of our products is for the UK and Ireland only, if however you live outside these borders please contact us as we will post outside this but there may be an additional delivery charge.  If you occasionally the delivery of your goods may be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods or to have them ready for collection within the original approximate timeframe then we will notify you of the delay and new timeframe as soon as possible.
 
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy on all products except personalised or one-off, or handmade products.  If you are not satisfied with our products please contact us as we endeavour to serve the customer with the best quality products as possible.  It is up to the customer to return the product as their own expense.
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason then you must let us know within 7 working days of the day after the date the product is delivered to you.  You must also return it to us within 14 days in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. If the goods are not returned in perfect condition a refund will not be given.  Until the goods are returned to us, you are responsible if the goods are lost, damaged or destroyed. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action against you for compensation.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our factory shop. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival and in any event within no more than 30 days of the day of arrival.  Please note your right to return products does not apply to personalised items and made-to-order items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Refunds
To obtain a refund the goods must be in the same condition in which you received them and you must make the goods available to us for collection. The original packaging must be unopened and undamaged in a resalable condition.
If you do so we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you fail to do so we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge which will be no more than 30% of the price of the goods from your refund as we will not be able to sell those goods on at full price.
We will only make a refund using the same method of payment originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Where the goods were delivered to a third party and you are unable to return them to us, you may not be entitled to a refund.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
Credit can be used against your next order, both online and with telephone orders.
